Blood Rubies and Cream Snow

Sometimes all I want for breakfast is something quick, light, and easy. This is all that plus healthy. You should try it. Always get organic when you can, and be sure to drink plenty of water.

Here's what you do:

Fill a bowl with Greek yogurt. As much as you want.

Get a blood orange. Peel the blood orange.

Cut the blood orange up.

Place the chunks on the yogurt.

Get a handful of almonds.

Chop those up too.

Top the oranges and yogurt off. Eat.

And that is how you make a bowl of Blood Rubies and Cream Snow. Or Blood Orange & Almond Greek Yogurt. Whatever you want to call it.

Blood Orange & Almond Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
1 blood orange, peeled and chopped
almonds, to taste

Layer yogurt in a bowl and top with blood orange chunks. Roughly chop almonds and add to bowl.

Savor.
